“Camere molto spaziose, colazione varia ma manca la marmellata ed i porta uova. La marmellata che usano è sintetica, con colori visibilmente eccessivi. Il personale è comunque molto gentile e fa il possibile per soddisfare il cliente. Da migliorare il servizio in camera di cui ci siamo lamentati varie volte. Bellissima la sauna e lo steam room. “The hotel is clean with spacious room facilities. The room has a great beach view and is quiet and calm. For convenience here is a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. Staff were polite with no check-in or check-out problems. I would stay here again”

“i dont know what to say..because for me this hotel is ok n im just in the wrong time and situation..Im stuck in miri because of the covid19 n lockdown issue..my flight back to kl cancel and i was asked to quarantine myself in the place where I was staying ... at the start of my stay at the meritz hotel for 1 weeks but I had to move out and look for another hotel because they had closed their hotel due to covid19 issue and I had to find a hotel that was still operating and at that time only...
